89 f250 7.5 460

My 89 ford f250 7.5 460 had very old fuel in the
rear tank selector switch didnt switch to tank.i
cleanded the selector and not knowing gas was
bad. ( the color of dark apple cider) ran off it..truck
didnt run tje next day..changed spark plugs ,
wires,distributor cap, rotor, fuel filter, fuel pressure
regulator, map sensor, cleaned iac and tps,have
pressure at schrader valve on fuel rail.. truck starts
when cold then runs rough and smokes blackish
white smoke bad ..then dies and if i hold gas pedal
to floor it will fire up and run if i keep gas pedal
depressed..also if i plug in map sensor truck will
die instantly..any thoughts?

No one has any ideas as to what my problem might be?? Guess this forum isnt helpful at all..thanks
