89 ford f150 loss of power

I have a 89 ford f150 fuel injected 351
engine. I was driving and all of a sudden it
lost power. Will hardly stay running at an
idle. It doesnt rev up as it should. Its a 4
speed manuel and when finally get going
enough to shift its spudders so much i have
to down shift again. It will do about 35mph
tips. I changed the fuel filter and the throttle
positioning sensor but very little increase in
power. I haven't put gas in it for a week but
put a bottle of heet in the tank anywase.

It has dual tanks and has same issue on both tanks. I havent checked the fuel pressure. I will do that when I get off work. Do you know what the pressure should be by chance?

My ford f150 will run it is a strat shift and when I start to give it gas it starts jumping and dies until I let of gas what could it be
