truck bogs down after 2500 rpms to 2800 under load

89 f150 custom in line 6. When I'm driving it bogs
down after about 2500 th 2800 rpms but not on flat
ground. Think it may be 02 sensor related. Any
ideas???

When I hear "bogging" a plugged up catalytic converter always comes to mind. A tune up and fuel system cleaner might also help.
