my ford has a 302 it is a lariat it will start and run just fine till it worms up and then it will
die wate a few hours and it will start will not start after wormed up y is this going on and
how can i fix it

Check for spark after it dies. If there's no spark but it will start back up after everything's cooled off, I would suspect an ignition module and or stator (ignition pickup). If there's spark, I'd look for a fuel pressure problem. Fuel pumps tend to fail like that.
