Rear brakes

Why does my rear drum brakes lock up when
hitting bumps or uneven roads when going 40 or
more miles per hour

The only way to be sure is to remove the drums and visually inspect them. Any and all of the above could possibly wrong. None of us has a crystal ball. lol
