1988 f150 won’t pull itself up hill

I’ve replaced high pressure fuel pump twice the fuel
pressure regulator and relay I’ve also done plugs
wires cap and button. It will not pull itself up a hill or
allow you to pass another vehicle it’s like it’s
starving for fuel.

It doesn’t do it all the time although it’s doing it more and more if it sits for couple days it will run fine shut it off a couple times and it starts acting up again
