You have a 5.0 currently in your vehicle I'm guessing....Yes it will fit in your vehicle just fine.... You will need to widen the Y-pipe. Also, 28oz Harmonic Balancer. A 28oz Flexplate suited for your type of transmission. You will need a 5.8 intake manifold. You will need a 5.8 distributor. Every thing else should swap over from the 5.0 to the 5.8 including the computer wiring harness sensors ect.... The firing order will be different with the 5.8 just move the spark plug wires around to were they are suppose to go.... Your truck is speed density so left bank injectors fire then right bank injectors. So even if you have left bank injectors miss matched it will run just fine.
