There must be a loose front end part yet, or the shock is just that bad. More than likely either a ball joint or A-frame bushings.

I have found this to be a consistent problem for friends and customers over the years who have owned the lariat editions of this vehicle. One thing ford techs will tell you is that you need to try replacing your drive shaft which is not only time consuming but rather expensive. If you can find an experienced tech ask them if they have the ability to check your drive shaft alignment. If they scratch their head, go somewhere else. Realigning the drive shaft for this particular vehicle has solved this problem for several people I know after countless dollars spent on balancing, rotating, bushings, tie rod ends & ball joints. Good luck.
