86 F150 engine swap with 2000 motor

My f150 has a 5.0 with no power. I have a
complete 2000 5.0 with gt40 heads and upper
lower intakes. What do I need to make this
swap

Try asking on ford-trucks.com, they have a lot of swap guides. You'll need the newer motors ECU and harness and adapt the throttle controls, you'll also likely be swapping out exhaust.
