Switching tanks

I just bought a 1985 f 150 that has dual tanks and I
am wondering how to switch from the front to the
rear tank

Not sure on a 1985 F-150, but on all of the 1987's thru 1996's I've owned there is a simple push button selector switch on the left side of the steering wheel on the dashboard, unless a previous owner removed it for some reason.
