1984 F 150

I have a significant loss of power, coupled with what
almost seems like a misfire after it runs for a while.  
Starts somewhat slower than it was, but idles fine
till it gets warmed up. As soon as you drive it a few
minutes it idles rough, slows down and will
ultimately stall even if I flutter the accelerator. Took
apart carb and cleaned it, doesn't appear to have
any issue there. Replaced plugs recently but not
wires and ran fine until lately ( at least a couple
thousand miles) timing doesn't seem off, help!

Could be a plugged catalytic converter. Has it ever been changed? With a plugged converter, the exhaust cannot flow freely and tends to choke the engine not allowing it to build power.

Check the condition of the plugs and wires. The engine could be missing at idle, but you just do not notice.
