When I press push start everything turns on but
vehicle won’t turn over steering wheel symbol is
displayed but won’t start

Hybrid in battery don’t get charged at all I put on charge for 12 hours till showing zero and the car wouldn’t start without jumping

2016 Kia Optima hybrid plugged in charging over the night and still showing zero and the car wouldn’t start without jump and I put the new battery the next day still in the car wouldn’t start without jump
