Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1988 turbo13b rx7 that has not been
running for about a year in 7 months. I need a  good
estimate on how much it would take to get it up and
going again.

I’m also pretty sure it was a electrical problem when it wouldn’t start to begin with
