1986 RX7 gauge cluster not working? lights up but none of the gauges work . what could this be?

car wont start, i tried the flooded car routine which has worked on previous
cars. but my guagers are not showing any life. gas, temp, oil presure and all
the others on the dash as well! in fact the radio antenna comes up but no
radio comes on?!! what could this be? fuses all look good! im stumped!! :(

Mine is running. There is only 3 reasons why a car won't crank. Airs not getting to the engine (air filter). No gas is getting to the engine (tune up or many other reasons). And no charge (fuses,battery etc)
