Why won't my 1990 dodge spirit start

My car seems to fire but it won't ignite, the gas is
fine the battery is fine and starter is fine, I don't
know why it won't start it seems to be when it's wet
outside the car won't start, when it's dry outside the
car fires up just fine, if it's snowing outside at the
car starts up just fine, I don't know what's wrong
with it can somebody please give me some
advice? Also on the no money toto my name
budget as well.

Check ur asd ( auto shut down ) relay, inner fender on driver side of car there are three of them the one closest to the battery is the one to replace.
