How many miles can I expect to get from my 2014 Lexus IS 250 AWD tires?

I have been told that a Lexus as mine (2014 IS 250 AWD) with Bridgestone
Tarazan EL400 tires can only expect to get between 15K to 18K miles.  Is that
so?

Probably pretty close. Uniform Tire Quality Grade (UTQG) 260 A A. This tire has a very low UTQG rating. Google UTQG.
