Any owners have transmission issues @ 65,000 miles such as slipping, jerking and loss of acceleration from a complete stop. Was told by dealership that transmission needs replaced, luckily still under warranty.

Don't worry about it since it's under warranty. But most likely it was defective automatic clutch plates. At 65k it should be time to replace trans fluid, but most of the time trans last a long time if taken care of. As long as you don't drag race, do donuts, do burnouts, run fast on one gear, try to outrun corvette and so on. Good luck.
