when i start my jeep this morning it just click im charge the battery now

Clicking like that normally is a run down battery or the battery connections needing to be cleaned. Let her charge up and see if it starts. If there is a volt gage on the dash see where it is running, Should be around 14.5 volts. Wouldn't hurt to have the battery checked.
