WHEN IT IS HOT AND HUMID , MY A/C DOESN'T TURN ON AT ALL, NO
MATTER WHAT i DO, IF IT IS HOT ONLY IT WORKS.
NEVER HEARD OF SUCH THING IN MY LIFE

The high humidity might be making it ice over and appear to not be running. Next time the humidity keeps your A/C from working, take a look at the compressor, engine running and see if the compressor is running too. It should be on.
