Turn signals work only at night

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My rear turn signals and hazards are not working
during the day while the front turn signals blink
rapidly. When the sun goes down all of the turn
signals work perfectly. I have already check the
fuse and it looks fine. I am not sure what the
problem could be.
