1989 Mazda 323 inertia switch

Does anyone have any idea where the fuel inertia switch
would be located on the hatchback version of this car I
have heard so many different places but if somebody has a
solid answer or a photo that would be greatly appreciated!

Hy last week I buy Mazda 323 and the owner of this car died with the lock book how must do to get the lock book
