1986 vw vanagon horn wiring diagram

horn does not work. The fuse is good. Does this vehicle use a horn relay. Where can I get a diagram of the horn system?

this picture makes it look like horn and relay are located right next to one another on the bottom there somewhere~

My 1986 vanagon do not have a relay there, so it is obvious someone had the same problem I am having, and that is how they fixed the problem. I have done the same with mine, and the horn is now working. Thanks.
