86 Montero 2.6 Stalls at High RPMs. Manual Vehicle

My 86 Montero is stalling at High RPMs. Or sometimes when I just change gears. I just
finished changing the Mechanical Fuel Pump, Fuel filer for new ones and cleaned my
carburetor, and ungunked my intake manifold. Anyone know what might be happening?

Also just finished cleaning out the entire fuel system and I checked the EGR. Now its stalling before I hit 3000 RPMs and if I decelerate before 2000 RPMs it stalls anyway.
