Have already tried coil pack. Same two cylinders weak with new coil pack

How do you test? One plug is wet and one is dry.

Color of the dry looks just like a plug out the box. The wet one is black and smells like gas. I let car run with plugs on top of motor they are firing. I also have 75 pounds of Compression on #6 and 80 on #3
