Error code on my 1986 Chrysler Laser 2.2 Turbo 5 speed #23 Throttle Body Temperature Circuit .  What does this mean?

Unplug MAT/charge temp sensor and take ohmmeter. Resistance cold 7-13,000 ohms. warm is 7-1000. replace it if out of range.
