Can i have after factory items done on my new car

I have purchased new a 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Coupe 991
My question being is:  When cars are made in the Porsche factory, do new cars have
complete wiring harnesses already  fitted  ???? the reason being I want to have fitted a
Sports Chromo clock on the dashboard , and a Multifunction Steering wheel, and the 14
or 18 position seats fitted,    my car does not have them, my Porsche agent says you
have to have them done in the factory at the time of purchase,  and now they cannot be
added later ??? is this true or do you know anywhere I can get thees things done.

Billy, in my humble opinion your looking for trouble messing with your Porsche. But if you must have it done by a well established shop. Not in someone's backyard. Good luck.

I'm inclined to agree with your agent. Porsches are made to order. Don't mess with it

I think it could be done, but the expense would be above the value of the added items. You would be much better off finding a 911 with the exact options you want, it would probly be cheaper in the long run. How ever if you check on the Porsche forums you may find some owners who have modified thier car with similar mods.

go on the Porsche forums and ask about shops that specialize in high end cars.
