1985 cavalier idling issue

I have a 1985 Chev Cavalier with the 2.0 tbi engine, it will start every time but
it has a idling issue and it won't rev, it has all new spark and timing related
parts and all new sensors,it's also not showing any codes, what's the is
issue?

look for loose , broken , missing vacuum lines , pvc function , , may have intake gasket leak , blast some carb cleaner down the barrel

All the vacuum lines have been checked and it has a new intake gasket, i tried the carb cleaner but it didnt do anything, thanks for the tip. Quite the mystery that little car is.
