Carburetor flooding on 1984 Chevy Caprice 305 motor

My 4 barrel Rochester Quadrajet keeps flooding
during cranking. So it won't start or starts and dies
then won't start again. Gas coming from went as
well as other parts of carburetor.

I agree, a rebuild is in order. Floats could be sticking.
Float needle is likely sticking. You risk an engine fire if trying to drive it. As the others said, rebuild the carb.
It's hard to find good carburator parts, as most are foreign made junk nowadays. Try www.daytonaparts.com for some good stuff. And if the beast flooded too many times, you might have gas in your oil, so check it and change it if in doubt. We have to keep these classic beasts running!
I have a 84 Buick Regal my carburetor floods I tried to adjust Jets I should him down close and it stays running it's still dumping gas how do I fix it
Most likely a bad or sticking float that is letting gas flow into the carb constantly instead of shutting the flow off when the bowl is full. Probably a good time to rebuild the carb and use a good quality kit, or you will still have problems.
