i have fuel going to the throttle body but nothing comming out of the fuel injectors

i put a new fuel pump in the tank, car has been sitting for a while in a garage.
trying to get it started, 67000 miles

Check to see if you have power and a trigger signal to the injectors, if no power check for a blown injector fuse, if no trigger signal then it could be a crank sensor, bad wiring or the main processor has failed. Might be worth running the codes. Cadillacs that year had an onboard diagnostic you can access.
