Do 1965 Ford Mustang Fastbacks have airbags? Or
is this something I'll have to add into it? I would
really like to buy one and I don't know much of the
safety features.

No they don't have them and you wouldn't need to add them to pass a safety, only if a vehicle was equipped with a safety item from the factory is it required to be in place. Example, on alot of older cars the passenger side mirror was an option as was seatbelts so if that exact car didnt come with it, it still doesnt require it today
