Can I put my motor out of my zx5 coupe in a four
door without changing mounts they are same
model 03

Yes, the only issue will be the ECU. I can't remember exactly but I'm sure some of the sensors are slightly different, so running the 03 motor with the 05 ECU may cause issues down the line. ALSO, if you're in California, you will not pass smog with an older motor in a newer car.

I would change the mounts while it is easy. After all they are 14 years old.
