Not getting fire

I have a 1992 Dodge Shadow America.  I
just replaced the ignition coil.  I am getting
fuel but I am not getting fire for it to crank

No. We can smell the fuel. I flooded it when it first died and would not restart

Where are these relays located?? Also I was told it could be a fuse, but all we have found is an ignition timing delay relay

We are fixing it ourselves. We don't have the money to take it to a shop or for any kind of specialty tools
