Car will start when cool, but when running for a few minutes and turn it off it will not
restart until it's completely cooled off. We have replaced the ignition control module,
crank sensor, and took off exhaust. The car is a 1988 Buick LaSabre. If anyone has a

you did the easy work....now check the cam magnet...

Where is the Ignition Module on a 1990 Buick LeSabre? The car jumps. We have replaced the Idle Arm Pulley, the harmonic balancer, the starter. Fuel pump is working fine, but I seen on this sight that someone mentioned the ignition module and to have it checked. The check engine light stays on. Someone suggested the cam sensor might be bad. Car jumps now that we replaced the harmonic balancer. Could it be a bad one? The fuel pump has a psi of around 40 when tested. We also replaced the Idle Arm Pulley. We don't know how to pull code...

I have a 2005 Buick LeSabre, it ran hot one morning and i heard this clicking noise coming from the engine like the valves were'nt getting oil or something. Now when a crank it the engine runs like it has a bad plug or two and there is constant bubbling into the water reservoir while it's running. I have been told that it's a blown head gasket and am asking around too see if that's what it is or could it be something else, the constant bubbling in the water reservoir is what has got me? but anyone that could give me some suggestions on what it is would be much appreciated. 4 Answers

2005 Buick LeSabre, 68,129 miles, 2nd owner of the car, regular maintenence has been kept on car, checked oil and filter when happened and less than 1\4 cup of oil in filter.

Changed Maf senor, crankshaft, fuses, spark plugs. fuel filter and ignition modulator and the car starts but only runs about five mins. before stalling. No engine light comes on.
