My thermostat gauge keeps moving back and forth between overheating and mid temp. When I turn my heat on, it isn't giving off any heat. I recently used electronics cleaner for plugs. What's the issue?

Also, the gauges will stop working
temporarily randomly. I already rechecked
the plugs that I sprayed. I'm not sure where
I went wrong.

I would check the coolant level and see if it is low. I also suspect that your thermostat is going bad.
