Brakes squelling

Brake pads are good ,booster
isn't ,is that cause of brakes
squeeling?

No, Pads have a little tab that sticks out and when your pads wear down to a certain point the tab makes contact with the rotor. This is just an indicator that they are at a certain point of wear. The tabs can be bent out of the way to stop the squealing but keep in mind of why it is there. At some point in the near future you will need pads.
