Sounds like it's being starved of fuel. it could be the fuel distribution unit (the silver bit ontop of the bit where your spraying the easy start fluid), it could even be the air intake itself. Also check fuel pump, injectors and vacuum pipes as a vacuum leak can cause all kinds of silly problems.
