When does the the water pump need to be replaced on 2003 Ford Focus? It was replaced at 70,000mi, it is currently at 153,000 mi. Timing belt was changed at 125,000mi. Thanks!

I like a proactive person, the belt should be fine if you want to feel better and cautious with having a good working pump, then go ahead and change, make sure you change the thermostat, new upper and lower hose.
