Does the California battery warranty requirement for a Prius (150,000 mi/10 yr). apply to a vehicle originally sold in Georgia but resold in California?

Hard to say but I doubt it. Ask your Toyota dealer or read the warranty.

I have just found the answer. Several states follow California emissions standards. Georgia is not among them. To check any car's standards, look under the hood for a sticker that will either show California emissions standards or Federal standards. If California emissions standards apply then the battery has the 10 yr./150,000 mile warranty. If it is the federal sticker it is 8 yr./100,000 standard.
