Possible lemon?

Hello, purchase a 2013 cadillac ats with 22k miles
last week. Yesterday the car died in me in the
morning. Took it to the dealer and they gave me a
new battery. 2 hours later the car died again and it
sits at the dealer again dead. Also the car fax read
that the shifter cable was replaced along with the
stereo I'm 2015. Should I and can I return the car?
