Overheating, not sure if fan is blowing

Not exactly sure what is going on as I am not a car person what-so-ever.  My car
started overheating yesterday morning.  Not able to pull over and check fan as I was in
traffic.  When I got home later that night, the temp gauge was about half way up and
the fan was not running.  Should it be?

Stopped by auto parts store and they found a connector not hooked up to anything
coming off of the fan wiring (screenshot attached).  It looks like it mounts to the fan
chassis itself, but nothing around it to plug into.  He said it could be an ambient air
sensor, I picked it up this morning and it will not fit on the connection at all.

Any ideas?

Check ur temp sensor first And if u don't have a connector Plan B just have it straight to a switch

I think I finally found it. My owners manual did not have it labeled, but found an older version of the manual online. The fuse for the Radiator fan is on fuse 15, a 40 amp green fuse. Just cheked it, blown, hope that is all it will be.
