2012 sprinter 2500 wont start

Asked by Sep 02, 2019 at 09:15 PM about the 2012 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 170 WB Crew Van

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We have a 2012 sprinter that stopped in the
middle of a short drive. Before it stopped we
heard some clicking. Afterwards it wouldn’t
restart.
The shop said the van originally had a bunch
of communication error codes but after
clearing them these ones came back:
155C00 signal from control unit k1
implossable
15570 engine cannot be started (blocking)
9095 N10 (SAM) unit failure of CAN bus

All the fuses and easy stuff has beef checked
and is fine.

The starter got replaced and didn’t help.

A while back we had a check engine light for
the NOx sensor which got fixed. Also we had
the ignition system replaced
Any ideas?
