Same rims as before the new tires? Ask them to check balance again. I assume since car is still fairly new you've never had an alignment, but if you have a lot of miles you might be due for one, misalignment and new tires can make for tire noise.

If it gets worse when u step on the brakes, have the rotors inspected, they're probably worped
