seems like i burn alot of gas 40 km s for a quarter tank . i know i put in 107.5 for 10 bucks but it goes fast on 40 to 50 kilometers ...is this normal... this is city driving too

Depends whether you have the short or long wheelbase Caravan. You're getting roughly 60-80 miles per quarter tank? Sounds about right in American terms, depending if you have the 3.0 or 3.8l engine, with city driving. These vehicles were never super fuel-efficient, but you might try a tune-up with new plugs, wires, and a new air filter to help out a bit.
