My truck won't stay running

My truck will start and run for about 45 seconds and it stalls, I have replaced
fuel filter, plugs, wires, cap, rotor , coil, crank sensor, battery, thermostat, pick
up coil and still won't work properly

Are the vacuum lines ok? It is a fairly complex system, so check it all for cracks, disconnected fittings and busted lines. A lot of it is hard plastic mad can go bad. Since you replaced all the electronic parts you have to look at the next things available. I am not very experienced with fuel injection, but maybe that needs to be checked. Fuel pump...mine is on the fuel,tank. Good luck.
