1998 BMW 328i drivers side window wont go up

it could be sliding clips, on my car all clips broke off, so I removed door panel and took mechanism out, and used zip ties, it works fine.. see video below for more info.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GpJ4azN-878

or instead of fixing, you can replace the window regulator.
