Garage changed oil 2013 f150 ecoboost put in reg 5w/30 not synthetic,do I worry about it or change the oil earlier than I would have?

if it were mine i would change it back to syn.asap..and with summer temps i would run 10-30 mobile 1

Yes - drain and refill with the correct oil. No need to change the filter.
