As for the motor it sounds good no knocking or tapping but it doesn't have power like it's running out of fuel
Check the compression but no engine can survive being driven without oil.
When the oil pan is off check for cylinder scoring. I would also remove the rod bolts on one rod and check the bearing.

I am going to try what has been suggested and thank you all for the information but is there anything else I can try
Do the basics first. I don't think you will get past dropping the pan.
If I had a straw I would let you grasp it. Good luck with your truck. If it were me I would install a Ford factory rebuilt engine with factory warranty.
This sounds like one of those $10,000 booboos. Which engine is it? If it is the 3.5 Ecoboost you may have been lucky and only burned the turbochargers up. As mentioned above a compression test will be helpful. The no knocking or no valvetrain noise is a good thing.

F.O.R I have dropped the oil pan and everything looks good nothing seems out of place or damaged i haven't taken the rod bearings out yet I wanted to ask you first what you suggested tthere is a little slack front to back but not Side to side ????
If the rod bearing has play between then you have a problem. I would look at the bearing for scoring. Not sure what you mean by front to back or side to side but there should be essentially no play between the rod and the rotating surface of the crank journal. Are you sure it was driven without oil? When you put it back together be sure and torque the rod bolts correctly.
Did you take a good look at the cylinder bores?

It's the 5.0 coyote engine all aluminum I checked the bores and there is no scoring everything looks fine
Did you check the bearings and the compression? Check for trouble codes?
