2013 Ford F150 5.0 Engine Dead Battery problems

Asked by Guru9X48D Jun 19, 2017 at 11:14 PM about the 2013 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2013 Ford F150 Super Crew with 5.0 Engine and column shifter
with 29,000 miles. This vehicle has had a dead battery issue since it was
new after being at the dealer numerous times the battery has been
replaced 2 times, brake interlock switch replaced, no issue for about 4
months then again same issue, key switch and PAT replaced, body control
module replaced, 3 weeks later dead battery again, taking back to dealer
again. Today after returning from church in my wife’s car I notched
instrument panel back lights were on. By the time I walked over to the truck
the lights were off. Not sure what’s going on here? Any help would be
appreciated Thanks!

I would pursue with the lemon law if you have doc,s to problems Duren warranty period and never solved , or start a class action , your not the only one for sure! these assholes are producing garbage that have more issues than worth owning , they order reflash on almost every thing they put together , their own dealers can,t keep up with the fiasco's they create , seriously mislead by the integrity of communicating control modules
