There is two fuel pumps one in rank one in frame rall need more help just ask just went though the same thing

We removed the rear line and there is flow out of the low pressure pump. Is there something we need to do. We replaced the the relay and filter also,

So I have a 89 bronco 2 that isn’t getting any fuel. I’ve replaced the fuel pump, and fix the inertia switch that cuts off fuel to the engine if it is in a wreck. I’ve tried googling left and right...
