we have changed master cylinder and break
booster and also rear wheel cylinders and the
breaks still go to the floor after they have been
bleed...

Either you still have a leak or a bad master cylinder or trapped air. If you installed MC yourself, did you bench bleed it? It can be very tough to get all the air out once it's on the vehicle. https://www.thoughtco.com/bench-bleed-your-master-cylinder-281381

Check for loose front hub/wheel bearings if one or both are loose will cause brake pedal to go to floor.
